Event log<\/h2>\n

It records the structuring actions of the instance, along with their author and their
\ntimestamp.<\/p>\n

THE content<\/strong> Messages and documents are not included. The newspaper
\nIt records that a message was sent, not what it said. As for the content,
\nIt's the conversation history that needs to be consulted.<\/p>\n

Conversation History<\/h2>\n

Settings \u2192 Conversations<\/code> gives an overview of all exchanges
\nThe instance includes: space, author, date, content. Export is possible.<\/p>\n

Legitimate uses:<\/strong> quality analysis, identification of shortcomings
\ndocumentaries, responding to an access request, investigating an incident.<\/p>\n

Obligation of transparency.<\/strong> Users should be informed that
\nTheir conversations are accessible to an administrator. A setting allows this.
\nFurthermore, to conceal their own history from them, which does not prevent them
\nto have to be informed.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

\n

Execution of planned tasks<\/h2>\n

Each task retains a history of its executions: date, duration, status,
\ndetailed result.<\/p>\n

Check regularly.<\/strong> A planned task can fail silently
\nfor weeks: it simply stopped producing anything, and nobody cared.
\nnotices as long as the result is not explicitly expected.
