Meetings<\/h1>\n

WivenLLM records a meeting, transcribes it locally<\/strong> and produces one
\nstructured report. The transcript is then added to the documents of
\nThe workspace: the meeting becomes queryable like any other
\nanother room.<\/p>\n

\n

The sequence<\/h2>\n

1. Save<\/h3>\n

A record button is located in the conversation input bar.
\nOne press starts microphone capture, a second press stops it. The duration
\nThe elapsed time is displayed during recording.<\/p>\n

The recording is cut up as it is being made rather than kept in one block.
\nmemory, which allows for long meetings to be held without incident.<\/p>\n

2. Transcribe<\/h3>\n

When stopped, the audio is placed in the workspace and transcribed. There
\ntranscription runs on your infrastructure<\/strong> No audio data is output.,
\nand no API key is required.<\/p>\n

Allow a few minutes for a long meeting. The file is named
\nautomatically based on the date and time.<\/p>\n

3. Produce the report<\/h3>\n

Once the transcript is ready, the instruction is pre-filled in the area of
\nseizure<\/strong>. A simple submission transforms the transcription into a structured report:
\nparticipants, decisions, actions to be taken.<\/p>\n

4. Ask later<\/h3>\n

The transcription becomes a workspace document<\/strong>, indexed like the
\nothers. So you can come back to it weeks later:<\/p>\n

Who can register?<\/h2>\n

The save button is only visible for accounts administrator<\/strong>
\nAnd administrator<\/strong>. Submitting a document to a workspace requires these
\nrights, and the button follows the same rule rather than offering an action that
\nwould fail.<\/p>\n

A user with a standard role therefore does not see the button. To open it for them
\nFor the recording, it is necessary to grant it the role of manager.

Transcription quality<\/h2>\n

It depends directly on the recording, and that is the determining factor.
