The conversation restarts from scratch, without any changes.<br \/>\nno wires or touching the documents.<\/p>\n<p><strong>When to use it:<\/strong> the assistant remains attached to a previous topic, or the thread<br \/>\nhas become too long and the responses are deteriorating.<\/p>\n<h3><code>\/picture<\/code><\/h3>\n<p>Generates an image from the following description.<\/p>\n<pre><code>\/image an isometric diagram of a logistics warehouse, minimalist style\n<\/code><\/pre>\n<p>Requires that an image generation provider be configured.<br \/>\n\u2192 <a href=\"\/en\/wiven-llm\/docs\/utilisation\/multimedia\/\">Images, videos and voices<\/a><\/p>\n<h3><code>\/video<\/code><\/h3>\n<p>Generates a short video from the description below. Requires a<br \/>\nThe video generation provider is configured, and it takes significantly longer.<br \/>\nthan an image.<\/p>\n<h3><code>\/note<\/code><\/h3>\n<p>Instantly capture a note in your <a href=\"\/en\/wiven-llm\/docs\/utilisation\/second-brain\/\">Second Brain<\/a>.<\/p>\n<pre><code>\/note The Dupont customer prefers to be contacted by telephone in the morning.\n<\/code><\/pre>\n<p>The note is saved and can be used in your future conversations.,<br \/>\nacross all areas.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Custom orders<\/h2>\n<p>You can define your own shortcuts: a keyword that replaces a<br \/>\nlong text at the time of sending.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Create an order.<\/strong> From the input area, open the commands menu<br \/>\nand add one. You define:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>THE <strong>keyword<\/strong> (For example <code>\/synthesis<\/code>) ;<\/li>\n<li>THE <strong>replacement text<\/strong> \u2014 the complete instructions; ;<\/li>\n<li>a <strong>description<\/strong>, displayed in the menu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Example.<\/strong> The order <code>\/synthesis<\/code> replaced by:<\/p>\n<pre><code>Write a structured summary of the document in three parts: 1. Key points 2. Points of attention or risks 3. You are assisting {{user.name}} at {{company_name}}. You work in the &quot;{{workspace.name}}&quot; workspace. Always apply {{quality_standards}}.\n<\/code><\/pre>\n<p><strong>Why the date matters.<\/strong> A language model has no concept of the day<br \/>\npresent: without a date variable, &quot;does the contract expire soon?&quot; has no<br \/>\nreliable answer. Injecting it resolves an entire category of errors.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Message processing order<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Integrated control (<code>\/reset<\/code>, <code>\/picture<\/code>, <code>\/video<\/code>, <code>\/note<\/code>) \u2192 processed, end.<\/li>\n<li>Custom commands \u2192 replaced by their text.<\/li>\n<li>Prefix <code>@agent<\/code> \u2192 the hand passes to the agent.<\/li>\n<li>Otherwise \u2192 document search then response
