The data is stored
in your user profile.

Material prerequisites. The application runs on an office machine
standard if you are using an external template provider. To run a
model locally, You will need at least 16 GB of RAM; a card
A dedicated graphics card radically changes the speed.
→ Choosing your models

Server — Containerized Deployment

This is the recommended approach for an organization. It is based on an image of
a single container and a configuration file.

Principle

A single container carries the entire application.

A persistent volume contains the database, documents, indexes
and the downloaded templates. That's the only thing you need to save.

The service listens on an HTTP port, which you usually place behind a
reverse proxy providing TLS.

Steps

Prepare the storage volume on the host and give it the rights
writing required for the container.

Create the configuration file based on the provided model. Three
Values are mandatory and must be long, random secrets.,
specific to your installation:
– the session signing key,
– the key and the internal signature salt.
Never reuse example values.
→ Environmental variables

Start the container by increasing the volume and publishing the port.

Open the application in a browser and follow the first aid
configuration.

Enable multi-user mode Since
Settings → Security
, Then
create accounts or send invitations.

Production deployment

A few points to address before granting access:

TLS. Place a reverse proxy in front of the service, or enable HTTPS.
directly at the application level with your certificates.

Backup. Back up the storage volume and the file
configuration. Testing them in a restore point is the only way to know if they
they work.

Update. A version upgrade involves retrieving the new image
and restart the container while preserving the volume. Back up first.

Sizing. If the models run on the same machine, it's them
which determine the memory and GPU requirements — not the application.

Server — native deployment

A containerless installation is possible, particularly for exploitation
It can be directly integrated into a GPU or integrated into an existing deployment pipeline.
suppose:

a recent Node.js runtime environment; ;

the installation of the three services (compiled interface, server, extraction service); ;

a service manager to keep them running; ;

a reverse proxy for TLS.

This mode requires more management than the container; reserve it for special cases.
where it provides a tangible benefit.

Hosted instance

A dedicated instance is provisioned for your organization, with the same
The product and the same features. You will receive a URL and an account.
administrator; operation, backups and updates are
assured.

This is the appropriate mode when data sovereignty is required, but
the organization does not wish to operate the infrastructure itself.

After installation

In order:

First-time setup assistant —
