Our billing rule

One principle, and it fits in two sentences.

Whatever runs on your own hardware is fixed-price. Whatever consumes a resource we buy on the outside is passed on to you at the price we pay for it, within a cap agreed with you at signature.

We take no margin on that usage. That is deliberate: it means we have no interest in your agent being talkative.

How does consumption work?

Your agents sometimes consume resources that we buy on the outside, such as a call to a third-party model, image generation, a web search or a data enrichment. We pass these on at the price we pay for them, with no margin, with a detailed monthly statement. We estimate the amount with you at the scoping stage and you set a cap.

This line only appears if your agents actually call an external resource. Many deployments have none: on a fully local WivenLLM deployment, it is zero.

Support is included. What we quote for is what we build.

We define together, at the scoping stage, the scope of each agent: what it does, on which data, with which tools. That scope is written down, it appears in your contract, and it is what answers every billing question.

The computation happens on your own hardware, so there is nothing to buy on the outside, so there is nothing to pass on. That is the only difference, and it is the only one that shows on an invoice.

And you are the one who draws the line.

WivenLLM lets you define which requests run on your local model and which may call an external one, workspace by workspace. By setting that rule, you set your spending ceiling.

What is the difference between WivenLLM and AgentHub?
AgentHub defines what the AI does: business agents that carry out a task end to end, connected to your tools. WivenLLM defines where it runs: on your workstation, in your offices, or on a dedicated instance in a Swiss datacenter. You can take one, the other, or both.
Do I pay per request?
No. The platform is included and each agent costs CHF 49 per month, with no limit on the number of agents. Only the resources we buy on the outside for you, such as a call to a third-party model, image generation or a web search, are passed on to you at the price we pay, with no margin and under a cap you set. On a fully local WivenLLM deployment, that line is zero.
How much does WivenLLM cost?
CHF 70 per user, per year, excluding VAT, for the Business version. The free version is downloadable and does not expire: it covers a single user on their own machine, with no sharing between users, no business connectors and no logging. Support, fixes and updates are included in the licence. Hardware and setup are quoted separately.
Does the price increase with each new hire?
Yes, the Business licence is counted per user: each person who uses WivenLLM adds CHF 70 per year. The licence is purchased in a block of ten seats, whether you are three or ten; beyond that, each person is added at the price shown, with no tier and no threshold. When counting per user stops making sense for your organisation, we build an Enterprise offer with you, starting from your actual usage rather than your headcount.
What does the free version contain?
WivenLLM on your machine, for your exclusive use, with pre-installed open templates, no account creation or API key required. It has no time limit. What it doesn't include: multi-user functionality, connectors to your business applications, logging, and a processing log. All sharing and control features are available in the Business version.
Is support included?
Yes. Support for your teams, tuning, fixes, updates and the repair of a broken agent are included in your subscription. What is quoted separately is what we build: an additional agent, a new connected tool, an extended process. The boundary is the scope defined at the scoping stage, and it is written into your contract.
What exactly does the set-up fee cover?
Scoping your need, building or configuring the agent, connecting it to your tools, and training your teams. It is quoted after a call, never before: the amount depends on the number of integrations and on the state of your data.
Do we have to replace our hardware?
Not necessarily. We start with an assessment of your machines: many recent ones already run models with several billion parameters. If an investment is needed, we tell you beforehand, with the figures.
What happens if we want to leave?
Your data belongs to you: full hand-back within 30 days. For your agent, an exit licence or a reduced-rate maintenance mode. The terms are in your contract from the day you sign. You are never locked in.
